Custom and personalised work · 定制商品
Made-to-order, personalised, sampled or buyer-approved production is normally final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit remedies for verified defects or an incorrect item. 按单制作、个性化、打样或经买家确认后生产的商品，通常不支持无理由退货；经核实的质量问题或发错商品除外。
Return shipping and inspection · 退回运费与验收
For a verified defect or incorrect item, the studio will agree a remedy and reasonable return method. For other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and any non-refundable duties. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. 经核实的质量问题或发错商品，工作室会与买家确认处理方案及合理退回方式；其他获准退货由买家承担退回运费及不可退税费。退款将在退回商品验收后办理。

Approved refunds are sent to the original PayPal payment method. PayPal or the card issuer may need additional processing time before funds appear. 已批准退款将原路退回 PayPal 付款方式，到账时间可能受 PayPal 或发卡机构处理周期影响。
