Product prices are shown in USD. Unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise, international shipping, customs duties and import taxes are not included. After an order is placed, the studio confirms stock, packing method, shipping cost and estimated delivery timing with the buyer before dispatch. 商品以美元计价；除非结账页面另有明确说明，国际运费、关税和进口税不包含在商品金额内。订单提交后，工作室会在发货前与买家确认库存、包装、运费及预计时效。
Processing and delivery · 备货与运输
Ready-product processing time and carrier transit time vary by stock status, quantity, destination and packaging needs. Bespoke and wholesale projects follow the schedule stated in the approved quotation or production brief. 现货备货与运输时间会因库存、数量、目的地及包装要求而不同；定制和批发项目以双方确认的报价单或生产需求书为准。
Tracking and address accuracy · 物流与地址
Tracking details are shared when the selected service provides them. Buyers are responsible for complete and accurate recipient, phone and address information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the buyer. 如承运方式支持追踪，工作室会提供物流信息。买家应提供完整准确的收件人、电话和地址；因地址错误或信息不全产生的额外费用可能由买家承担。
Customs and delivery issues · 海关与异常
The recipient is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes and customs clearance unless agreed otherwise in writing. For visible transit damage, keep all packaging and contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. 除非书面另有约定，目的地国家/地区的关税、税费和清关由收件人承担。如发现明显运输损坏，请保留全部包装，并在签收后48小时内提供照片或视频联系工作室。
