Worldwide flat shipping fee全球固定运费
Worldwide standard shipping is a flat US$20 per order and is added automatically at checkout. Product prices and the shipping fee are shown in USD. Customs duties, import taxes and destination-country charges are not included and remain the recipient’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.全球标准配送按每笔订单固定 US$20 收取，并在结账时自动加入。商品价格和运费均以美元显示；除非书面另有约定，关税、进口税及目的地国家或地区产生的费用不包含在内，由收件人承担。
Processing and delivery备货与运输
For ready products, estimated handling is 1–7 days and estimated carrier transit is 7–20 days. Actual timing varies by stock status, quantity, destination, customs and packaging needs. Bespoke and wholesale projects follow the schedule stated in the approved quotation or production brief.现货商品预计在 1–7 天内完成备货，承运运输预计为 7–20 天；实际时效会因库存、数量、目的地、清关及包装要求而变化。定制和批发项目以双方确认的报价单或生产需求书为准。
Tracking and address accuracy物流与地址
Tracking details are shared when the selected service provides them. Buyers are responsible for complete and accurate recipient, phone and address information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the buyer.如承运方式支持追踪，工作室会提供物流信息。买家应提供完整准确的收件人、电话和地址；因地址错误或信息不全产生的额外费用可能由买家承担。
Customs and delivery issues海关与异常
The recipient is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes and customs clearance unless agreed otherwise in writing. For visible transit damage, keep all packaging and contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.除非书面另有约定，目的地国家或地区的关税、税费和清关由收件人承担。如发现明显运输损坏，请保留全部包装，并在签收后 48 小时内提供照片或视频联系工作室。
